Kauai Custom Cuisine features Charles Devaney, one of the finest chefs on the island. His expertise has been honed over years of experience and dedicated schooling. His expertise in many areas makes him able to handle all situations beautifully, with elegance and charm. Experience and schooling as follows:

  • 11 years experience in the industry

  • 2 years at Duke's Canoe Club - Kauai

  • 8 months experience - Executive Chef for Quantum Hawaiian Retreats, internationally known Retreat Center on Kauai

  • Currently attending the culinary program at the Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Kauai Community College
